Bethany Joy Lenz

Actress and singer Bethany Joy Lenz was born on April 2, 1981, in Hollywood, Florida, but she moved to Arlington, Texas, at age four. Bethany moved to New Jersey when she was eleven, where she appeared in commercials for Eggos waffles and Dr. Pepper, and she soon made her film debut as Linda Halleck in the Stephen King thriller "Thinner." This led to severalguest appearances on the television shows "The Guardian," "Felicity" and "Charmed." The role she is most known for is Haley James Scott on the CW hit series "One Tree Hill." Bethany has starred as Marni Potts in the sequel to the cheerleading film "Bring It On Again," and she is also an incredible singer, with a four-octave vocal range. In her spare time, she enjoys horseback riding, playing piano and guitar and also writing music.
